Lovely apartment near North Sands beach
A lovely clean apartment close to the beaches, with easy parking a bonus
The property could have been pre-heated before our arrival, it was like an icebox when we arrived, and took a while to heat satisfactorily. We also missed a communication from the property with reference the key box code, so we attempted to a number of times before we finally made contact - luckily we went for supper whilst waiting so weren’t really put out.

Poorly equipped kitchen. No instructions for oven. Insufficient oven trays. No toaster or microwave.

Great location, overlooking North Sands Beach. Handy having parking and being able to walk into the Town. Property very clean and had a relaxed feel.
A few welcome treats would have been nice but not expected.

Charming flat in a great location. very comfortable.
Great location. Balcony had a lovely seaview. The bedrooms were generous and beds comfortable. tThe sitting room accom dated our party of two adults and two children comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped and it was nice to have a box of coffee pods left for the machine, so many places are mean and leave only a few
The fridge doesn’t have a freezer compartment and the towels did smell a little damp.

Lovely flat in amazing location
Beautiful views over the North Sands beach, elegant and spacious flat with large sunny terrace. Flat well equipped including with board games and tennis rackets for a tennis court which was 2 min away. We enjoyed bikes and golf nearby and lots of children activities on nearby beaches. Salcombe is a lovely postcard village with shops and cafes. Good communication with the owner who advised hikes to Bolt head and afternoon tea. Enjoyed our stay!
