- the owners are really kind and helpful! - the place is gorgeous, what a beautiful garden! - rooms are nice and cozy with an outdoors space - MFU night market is nearby (monday and thursday i think?) for cheap food and clothing
- the bathroom is a bit small and minimalistic, but clean and functional. - it is a little far from Chiang Rai centre. But is is so peaceful!!

Beautiful garden with great eye for detail Good matras airconditioning and hot water in bathroom Coffee and tea facilities in common area A great place to unwind and relax
Quite close to a busy road but the birds sing louder then the road rushes
