Pleasant, safe, affordable

We stayed for just one night during our road trip through France. The accommodation had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It was fully equipped with a coffee machine, a kettle, and cooking facilities secure car park was a welcome bonus, providing peace of mind. Our host, Franck, gave clear instructions and was readily available if we had any questions.

Appartement très complet au niveau ustensiles cuisine, très confortable, très fonctionnel. Malgré l'erreur commise lors de ma 1ère réservation, mon hôte a été très compréhensif et très prévenant.

De locatie was goed, rustige plek net buiten Tours. Afgesloten parkeerplaats. Communicatie met eigenaar verliep goed.

Het was niet schoon en veel achterstallig onderhoud. We hebben eerst alles met schoonmaakdoekjes schoongemaakt. De prullenbak was niet geleegd, heel veel stof overal en spinnenraggen hingen aan het plafond. Een klein 2p bed waarvan het matras was doorgelegen en niet goed geslapen hebben. De föhn was heel vies en blies alleen koude lucht. De ventilatie in de badkamer deed het niet. Op de foto’s zag het er veel mooier uit dan in werkelijkheid. Erg teleurstellend.

Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het appartement. Rolluiken voor de ramen maakt het lekker donker binnen. Eigen afgesloten parkeerplaats. Aankomst met toegangscode.

Tout était très bien, propre , confortable , très bien équipé et bien aménagé, les lits confortable , le petit extérieur a été très apprécié par mon petit fils, qui a pu jouer aisément .

La seule chose que je peut dire , c est que le petit frigo avait un peu d eau à l intérieur que j ai dû éponger avant de mettre mes aliments dedans , c est le seul petit bémol

Alojamiento tranquilo para descanso en el viaje

Amplitud de la habitación y del baño. Cocina bien equiada con microondas y nevera. Buen wifi. Dispone de un pequeño patio, para tomar algo o cenar a la freca. Alojamiento muy tranquilo (aunque se escuchan los ruidos del apartamento de arriba) Zona tranquila, pero sin coche es complicado llegar. A 5 mintos andando hay una boulangerie, para comprar el desayuno, bebidas y sandwiches Parada del T11 a 2 minutos que te lleva al centro de Tours (35 min)o de Saint Pierre de Cours (40 min)

Colchón muy blando, necesita ser cambiado, se notan los muelles. Persiana de la puerta de entrada falla. Alejado de los servicios. Dispensador de jabón vacio completamente. Toallas sólo de baño y habia una sucia

Séjour agréable, appartement calme, bien équipé (grille-pain, micro-ondes, cafetière...).

Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir arriver tardivement grâce à la boîte à clés, et les lits faits à l'arrivée.

Un peu bas de plafond, et le chauffage était sur 16° quand nous sommes arrivés.
