About this apartment rental
New! You will be charmed by this stylish and artsy studio condo with a bit of a pirate/sea creature theme in the heart of downtown Long Beach. The condo itself has a unobstructed 8th floor view looking out to the LA river and the Gateway bridge and the roof top has 11th story panoramic views of the entire Long Beach area, mountains to the north and ocean to the west. The building entry, solarium are well designed to reflect the architectural heritage of the time it was built. The building is deemed a historic landmark. Enjoy the Long Beach harbor, aquarium, Queen Mary, Pike Outlets, Pines Street restaurants and shops with in a few minutes walk.
The space
This is a private unit with colorful kitchen and full bath, walk in closet and vanity. The main room offers a full size bed area along with a desk next to the window, a couch area to unwind and a large flat screen TV with Chomecast.
*Early check-in available.
*There is an AC unit in the room for your use.
*There is a shared laundry in the basement of the unit ($1.50 each for washer and dryer, please bring quarters or use the downloadable app). Detergent and fabric softener is provided.
*You will find some shampoo, conditioner, body wash, first aid kit, pain reliever, hand sanitizer, aftersun aloe gel in the bathroom.
*full-sized mattress sleeps two
Rules:
* Absolutely no smoking inside the unit or in common areas or roof.
*This is a great community building with friendly neighbors. Be respectful with noise after 10pm.
* I allow booking of the space for 1 or 2 people but no more. You must book the space with the number of people in the reservation.
* The WIllmore is a safe space with strict security. Use your key fob to enter the building and the elevator and do not hold the door for anyone who does not have a fob. Do not give the fob to anyone else and if you have a guest arriving, make sure to go down to the door and let them in so management knows they are invited.
*no pets allowed
*there is no parking on site though there is street parking and many parking lots/ramps within 1-2 blocks of the building as we are downtown. A few offer monthly parking passes and I will provide details on that after booking.
*no parties over 6 people on the roof or solarium and please be kind and clean up any messes up there. Also, no smoking on roof.

I was here for about 3 months Becca was very accommodating to me for the entire stay and worked with me through the payment process! The apartment was a perfect little place to call home during my travel assignment. Thank you Becca for being a great host and I would recommend anyone to stay at any of your places.
