Villa Nikoli

We booked this villa at the last minute after the hotel we had originally booked turned out to be a disappointment. Choosing this place was the best decision we could have made — it truly saved our holiday! We were a group of 13 people, and the villa was perfect for us. It is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, with stunning mountain views, and is conveniently close to Tsambika Beach and Sklavenitis supermarket. The villa has all the facilities you could need, including a beautiful, clean swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a barbecue area. Everything was spotless, and the rooms and bathrooms were exactly like the pictures — neat, spacious, and luxurious-looking. George and Anthoula were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They gave us great recommendations about places to visit and things to do. On the last day of our stay, they prepared a superb traditional Greek dinner for us and even taught us some traditional Greek dances. It was such a special experience and made our holiday even more wonderful and unforgettable! We are so grateful for their hospitality and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable stay in Rhodes.

Ants get into the villa even on the 2nd floor especially around the kitchen sink, but it's just a bit annoying and it is expected as there is a lot of nature around, other than that nothing to complain about. Everything was amazing!

Villa Nikoli is a very large two-storey house, with separate and independent entrances for each floor. It has a lovely swimming pool, which is not too deep. There are TVs almost everywhere in the villa, including two or three very large-screen TVs. The house is extremely well equipped, with a huge amount of plates, bowls, trays, cutlery, and other kitchenware. There are enough beds to accommodate up to 14 people comfortably. There are three kitchens: one on the first floor, one on the second floor, and another by the pool. All three have a cooker, refrigerator, and sink, and they are all very well stocked with plates, cutlery, and other kitchen essentials. The garden is beautiful, and the location is excellent. There is a large supermarket just 2–3 minutes away. We did have a small issue with ants, but I believe this was only temporary. The villa is also within easy driving distance of all the beautiful bays in the area.

1. There was a minor issue with ants. We didn’t mention it to the host, but I’m sure they would have sorted it out if we had. 2. The children were a little disappointed with the depth of the swimming pool, as they would have preferred it to be deeper. 3. The shower heads by the pool could do with being replaced. 4. There were some minor issues with the shower heads in a few of the bathrooms, although the showers themselves were working. 5. We had a small issue with the air conditioning during the last two days of our stay. However, we didn’t inform the host about it. They were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay, so I’m sure they would have resolved it quickly if we had mentioned it.

Check-in - easy, our plane was delayed so we arrived quite late but we were shown around still on arrival. Villa inside - perfect, clean. Beds very comfortable and the kitchens were fully stocked with utensils etc. Villa outside - also perfect. Pool was good size and with 3 children under 10, it was perfect depth with a small section for smaller children. Sunbeds, very comfy and enough umbrellas. Outdoor kitchen, seating are was the reason we chose this Villa as we sit out from when we wake to when we go to bed. Plenty of shaded seating again with ample utensils etc and hob, barbecue. There is also an outdoor pool. Owner George is fabulous. He and his wife cooked us a Greek meal one night, it was fabulous 👌 He popped round occasionally to make sure we were ok and he often sorted a lift to the supermarket 🤣 Location - very good, 10 minute walk to a local supermarket and a bar, cake shop. 30 minutes walk to the main town, beach with lots of bars, restaurants.
