About this apartment rental
Very nice modern “ rustic” two story apartment (unit #1) located on Majestic mountain. Featuring indoor open fireplace, two bedrooms with private baths, and a third bedroom/game room (complete with foosball table, 55" tv/Xbox,). 55"+40" Smart TVs upstairs. WiFi provided. Open kitchen with essentials provided, updated appliances & washer and dryer. Upper and lower decks give access to a view overlooking the valley and Legacy Mountain.
Only 9 miles to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

This apartment offers a very spacious 1700 SQ Ft of living space. Top floor: kitchen, living room, hall bath, master bedroom with private bath. Bottom Floor: bedroom with private bath, bedroom/game room (bunk beds in this room twin/full), laundry area.

There is plenty of parking for 3 cars per unit.
Only 9 miles to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

The host is super nice and responsive, the apartment is exactly as described. Be forewarned that it gets really cold downstairs!

This was exactly what we wanted. Close to everything but far enough away to not be right in town. We had an elderly parent with us so we needed something accessible. The only thing that would have made it a little better is the bed in the room upstairs is almost too tall for someone who has limitations but we managed to be able to get her in and out. The kids loved the room downstairs with the games! I loved the kitchen had everything I needed to cook since we rarely eat out when we go places.

We stayed for two nights while we visited Dollywood. The location was great and the apartment was perfect. We were surprised when we pulled up to the apartment as it looked very small from the outside. Upon walking in, we realized that we were only seeing the first floor!
The only two things that we noticed that needed to be added: bathmats on the floor in each of the bathrooms and a few more towel hooks in the bathrooms to hang up towels after a shower!
