The cottage is a large house arranged on 3 levels as follows: - On the ground floor: an equipped kitchen and a living room/lounge - Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200 and having a private shower room with wc. Also on this level: an independent bathroom and a separate toilet. - On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (each with 2 beds 90 x 190), a shower room and a separate toilet. Access to the cottage is via stairs leading to the 1st level. Outside: on an enclosed plot of 90 m² facing south, a gravelled terrace and a garden with garden furniture shaded by a beautiful cherry tree. You will have 2 private parking spaces in front of the house (street side), other places possible on the public road (free). The gîte is located along the departmental road, but the garden is at the back of the house. Let yourself be charmed by the sweetness of life and the unique setting offered by the small town of Auray overlooking a Ria in the Gulf of Morbihan. Lovers of old stones and history will be able to discover the historic town center with its cobbled streets and half-timbered houses... From the gîte, you will be a few minutes from the expressway to get to the beaches of Locmariaquer and Saint-Philibert, admire the menhirs of Carnac and the wild coast of Quiberon...
