From the villa, you can enjoy glorious panoramic sea views from your swimming pool and watch from terrace as the sun sets over the mountains. Just 15 minutes' drive away, you can explore Aghios Nikolaos and enjoy a coffee with a view of the stunning harbour. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

For beach lovers the area has several well-known beaches, including Voulisma and Aghios Panteleimonas both within walking distance. This is the perfect villa if you don't want to hire a car as Istron is on the main bus route from Aghios Nikolaos to Sitia Old Town.
