It is a clean and Charming hotel on a quiet tree-lined street. The attentive English-speaking staff and the room were bright and spacious. The bed was comfortable. It is within walking distance to the Plaza de Arm. I have an early morning tour pick-up. The hotel provided me with a snack pack, which came in handy. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. I will stay there again.

Nice hotel, not too far from the main square. Spacious room. Tea and coffee available in the reception. Breakfast is on the rooftop and consists of a small buffet with a selection of bread, cereals, fruit, eggs, bacon, yoghurt, and juice. Staff were friendly and provided us a packed breakfast for the days we had to leave early. They kindly stored our luggage while we hiked the Cola Canyon. There is no elevator, only stairs. The room faced the street and was noisy.

Lots of cupboard space, table, chairs, comfy arm chair, comfy firm bed. Strong water pressure and always hot. Narrow balcony overlooking Samta Catalina Monastery and great view of Misti. So close to the Plaza de Armas and Basilica.
Breakfast on the rooftop with great views. It was plentiful with fruit, juice, blended milk, breads, meats, cheeses, olives, scrambled eggs and hot breakfast meats, and delicious coffee.
On early morning tour days they gave a simple packaged snack. Daily free coffee, tea, and coca tea.
We arrived at 5am and were able to do a half day rate and get into a room right away, then move to our room about 2 hours later. Roxana was very accommodating and helpful that first morning.
Some room windows only face into the inner courtyard, but I assume are at a lower price point, but thought I would mention it.
Exceptional staff - Roxana and Shirley at reception and Sandra the breakfast lady.
