Lovely 1 bedroom apartment with garden no smoking

Lugar muy tranquilo. Confortable. Excelente anfitriona.

Great stay. I was welcomed by the hostess, mother in law of the owner. She speaks several languages and is very nice. Appartment is good, all you need except a hairdryer. You can sit in a small garden. All good.

The apartment is exactly as described and offers a comfortable sitting room with a small garden, a perfectly adequate bathroom and a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, a coffee maker, and a sink, as well as plates, glasses, and utensils. The welcome from the hosts was great and they took time to explain how to enter and leave the property safely, as well as what’s available in the area. The hosts also helped us kindly and generously with a small personal issue we had while staying. Getting downtown is a 15 minute tram ride away — couldn’t ask for a better value for money ratio.

Le quartier très calme, emplacement très bien par rapport aux commerces et le centre ville. L'accueil impeccable, hôte très gentil et accueillant.

Manque d'isolation phonique- on entendait tout de l'extérieur et inversement ,à l'extérieur on nous entendait , même quand on allait aux toilettes....manque d'intimité 😞 Voisin difficile donc beaucoup de règles liées au bruit, pour fumeurs pas de possibilité de fumer dans le jardin, obligés de sortir dans la rue devant la maison pour fumer. Pas de plaque chauffante, juste un micro-ondes, donc pas de possibilité de cuisiner, même des choses basiques. Mini frigo qui fermait pas, on a dû enlever la glace nous même pour pouvoir le fermer. En résumé, c'est une chambre sans trop d'intimité et avec trop de règles, donc pour un séjour de plusieurs jours c'est pas idéal....
