Location, view overlooking Chatel, cleanliness and functionality. Facilities in the kitchen were great.

There were only 4 beds for adults, while we booked a 6persons apartment, the other 2 beds were only for little kids. The window of one of the rooms could not be openend The ceiling of the garage was too low for a car+ski-box.
