Spacious, clean and modern
No lift to carry heavy bags to the 3rd floor was a bummer. Then the aircon unit in the master bedroom wouldn’t connect to the remote and stayed stuck at a very low temperature - we had to unplug it from the main control unit. The toilet handles for both toilets were broken. We worked around them easily but they do need a fix for future guests. Finding some ground coffee and a small pot of milk would have been nice to start the first day better.

We loved the beds! They were so comfortable. We also enjoyed the spacious rooms. It was really nice to have a full kitchen and we used the washer and dryer quite a lot. We also enjoyed the rooftop and the (small) pool and spent a few evenings there enjoying the sunsets. A/C was super cool!
We had a minor issue accessing the building. Our host was available to help via video and once we had the correct building access code all went well! It's a four+ level climb to the room and there is no elevator, but our taxi driver made sure we were in and safe. The area immediately adjacent to the building is a little on the rough side and we were advised not to walk to the left by several Uber drivers. All in all we felt safe though.

Wynwood apartment was good and clean. It was spacious
Strong smell of Smoke, - Some one has been smoking in the apartment for a very long time, it definitely needs deep cleaning. We had to put up with this even though we are all non smokers,
