The flat itself is quite cozy and well equipped. Not in the very centre of the town, but still close to it. The area around is nice.
The flat wasn’t well prepared technically: I faced the issues with electricity and pipes. I have never thought I would come to Cannes to clean a pipe :-)

Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dish washer, kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine (small capsules) worked well, good water pressure in the shower, overall clean and new (but very dusty), very quiet and safe neighborhood, comfortable walking distance to the center and the beach. Big food shop 2min walk away. Staff was friendly and quick to respond, delivered a heater when the A/C didn't work. Was good price/quality for 2 weeks stay for 2 people.
Can't say there was proper soundproofing, could hear everything from the bedroom next door. Apartment had not been vacuumed properly since a long long time. A/C didn't work, was a bit cold the first night. Would be very small for 3-4 people. If you are travelling by car, keep in mind that there are no reasonable or free parking options nearby.
