Shadow Run

Location. Roomy. Parking convenient. Hot tub.

Called Vacasa before arriving for advice on the shuttle. Was told there was no shuttle. Front door missing handle and glass. Bad first impression. My kid said " you got us in the ghetto mom?" Rug upon entry stained. Condo cold upon our late arrival and we had to go to bed cold. Didn't realize I had to turn on heat in every room. Couch (futon) super uncomfortable as a couch. All 3 bed mattresses so soft had no support. Think they are 20 yrs old. Not a single working light in the living room. Fridge leaks water in the floor. Even called on that and got no call back. Turned down the master bed and found white sheets dirty or stained not sure which. And hair on the throw pillows. Put the blankets from the closet on the bed- they were dirty or stained, couldn't tell which. Gross regardless and made the entire bed feel icky. Unable to see anything in the master br with the light you have. Plastic shower curtain stained ick at the bottom. Just bunches of frustrating and icky things. In massive need of an update and TLC.
