La posizione e la veduta sulla città. La casa è dotata di un bel balcone con veduta. Si raggiunge a piedi il centro di Ibla. La proprietaria è una persona molto gentile e disponibile.
La casa avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione e di qualche accorgimento importante, come per esempio i comodini di fianco al letto che non ci sono e l'accensione e lo spegnimento delle luci dal letto. Non ci sono prese di fianco al letto. Il parcheggio è per strada, non sempre si trova nelle prossimità della casa.
