Staff support was superb, simply sent a message on the app and a response recieved shortly after.
Stafff also went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our anniversary weekend with banners, a card and chocolate and the hot tub was pre-lit and ready for us.
Orme was amazing value for money with a private sauna, hot tub, fire pit and seating area. Instructions super helpful for setting up.

Loved the peaceful location. The hot tub was fantastic however took some getting use to as I like it abit hotter then they recommend so it took a while longer then expected to get to temp.
I honestly couldn't really complain. The cabin was small but I found it very comfortable.

Everything was perfect - clean, cosy, quiet and surrounded by nature - just what was needed. Nic was very helpful. We loved every minute!
We didn’t have much room to store our rucksacks/belongings, however this didn’t affect our trip,
we still loved it!
