Emplacement idéal sur les pistes de ski de fond. Très calme et très propre. Appartement décoré avec goût. Garage souterrain gratuit idéal notamment en hiver. Wifi excellent et téléviseur avec toutes les chaînes du monde. Machine à café parfaite et café mis à disposition par l'hôte, merci. La salle de bains était juste parfaite.

Il manque pour un top équipement un four micro ondes et surtout un toaster. Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud dans l'appartement à cause du chauffage au sol non réglable. Il manque une lampe de lecture au coin du canapé.

Il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait pour cuisiner sympa à la maison, excellent lit, grand, tranquille, mobilier sobre, belle terrasse, SUR la piste de ski de fond…

Il faisait trop chaud dans toute les pièces et l’éclairage du salon pourrait être amélioré pour la lecture!

Herr Heynen hatte eine gute Beschreibung zur Schlüsselübergabe vorbereitet. Er war sehr geduldig, als wir Eugen technischer Schwierigkeiten mehrmals telefonisch nachfragen mussten.

The apartment itself was nice and spacious.

The check-in situation was absolutely absurd. There was nobody at the hotel due to a holiday and the lockbox they had given us the code to contained THE WRONG KEYS so we couldn't get in. We walked around the property for an hour in the pouring rain to try to figure out if this key fit into anywhere. It did not. I emailed the host but got no response so I called to I form him that we can't get in. We waited another 10 minutes until a call back where he told us that the wrong key was in the lockbox (DUH!) and that someone was coming to let us in. It took as almost an hour and a half to get in so it was almost 11 PM at that time. The host said he was sorry for the "minor inconvenience" via a message and left it at that which was mind-boggling to us. He did not offer to make things right in any way. Outside of that, the bed and the couch qere both not comfortable and the lack of microwave was a big miss, as others have pointed out. The host had heavily advertised Apple TV and when we attempted to use it, it said it hadn't been paid. Yet another fail.
