Een pareltje dit appartement! Mooi ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien, heerlijk terras en heel rustig. Gastvrij ontvangst!

Räumliche Aufteilung des Studios und Funktionalität hervorragend gelöst!!! Wirklich feine Wohnqualität mit 5 Bereichen: 1) Bad + WC; 2) perfekt ausgerüstete Küche mit Essplatz; Trennwand mittels Bar bzw. Kleiderkasten zum 3) Schlafbereich mit luftigem Vorhang als Trennung zum 4) Wohnzimmer=Fernsehzimmer mit großer Glasfront --- und davor noch 5) eine kleine, feine Außenterrasse mit Sitzmöbeln! Aussicht auf riesige, wogende Getreidefelder! Sehr ruhige 30er-Wohnstraße (Sackstraße!). Dazu noch der Vorteil, dass alles ebenerdig angelegt ist und der Zugang vom Parkplatz lediglich ca. 5m beträgt - einfach toll für einen Urlaub zu zweit!
