From top to bottom this is a newly renovated, furnished single family home 🏡 This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath 🛁 home is located in a peaceful neighborhood right across the street from Picket elementary school and a park. Excellent for kids so they have a place to burn off some energy/ baseball ⚾️, and soccer field ⚽️. This location provides fast and easy access to business 85/highway 52. If you are looking for outdoors activities please don’t forget to visit City Lake where fishing is a must!

THE SPACE
In this home not only will you find 3 fully furnished bedrooms, each decorated with there own unique style. Each room provides 39 to 42 inch tv’s and queen size beds. Plenty of storage space and hardwood floors. Open kitchen with plenty of counter space and a lovely living room view with plenty of natural light streaming in from the the beautiful bay window. Huge back yard with patio and full size grill.

We had a very comfortable stay here! The house was spotless and smelled wonderful as soon as we walked in. Everything was clean, organized, and ready for us to relax and enjoy our time. Highly recommend!

The property was an older home so I'm not gonna nit pick at the little things. The one thing I thought was wrong was the coffee pot with no coffee provided, even awful places provide coffe at the very least. I also didnt feel safe with the dead bolt lock attached to the door of an easily broken window to flip it.
