Stayed at this property while visiting our daughter who is a student at SMU. Location is ~1 mile to campus and a very easy walk. The property was clean and well equipped. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. Lots of space for our family of 3. The property is close to several restaurants and a coffee shop. Only con: the condo is in close proximity to the DART with trains going by frequently. In addition, there is a lot of noise from the bar below the condo which stayed open until 2 AM. The noise did not bother us and we were still able to sleep without difficulty. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed staying here while our daughter was returning back to SMU. It was the perfect place for us. Close to everything we needed.
There was something that needed attention and when I notified the owner it was immediately taken care of.

The unit had everything anyone would need. Great location close to SMU. Very clean. It is a little noisy on the weekends because of proximity to a couple of bars. And it’s right by a commuter train track. There is a parking spot in the garage that felt very safe.
