LOCATION,LOCATION, LOCATION. You will not want to leave this Waterfront Tropical Gem with your own Tiki Hut and Grill. Early check-in and Late check out. Steps to the water, dock and Pool. Bring your paddle boards/kayaks to paddle to sandbar. PETS ARE WELCOME. Minutes to beach, restuarants, movies, Jupiter Lighthouse. Drink you morning coffee or having Happy hour on your chairs in front of unit watching boats go by. Both bedrooms and Living room have Gorgeous Waterviews. Tropical setting. Fenced private patio. fully furnished. Minimum days to rent is 30 days, No smoking unit. Does not included BOAT SLIP, they are for owners only, ,HOA does not allow it.

The pool is only steps away. The view is excellent from both the home and the pool deck. Host was responsive and very accommodating. I would certainly stay at this home again.

Not only is this place beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location but Kim was such a gem to work with. She was quick to provide check in info and respond. We came at the end of a storm where the power was affected and she went out of her way to communicate with neighbors and update us along the way. I would LOVE to go back. Such an awesome place and experience.

What a great view of the river from our place. And the pool is literally 20 ft away.
We've stayed at a number of VRBOs over the years, and the biggest complaint is that they're mostly "sterile". Not a lot on the walls, no knick-knacks, etc. Not this place. Some would say it was even a little over done, but to me, it felt like a home.
Great, gitchy, patio ala tiki. Please was clean, beds were very comfortable (love that the second bedroom has its own bathroom), and the amenities, dishes, bath supplies, etc., were plenty.
Kim was very communicative and responsive. We had an issue with the dishwasher that Kim offered to fix, but we asked her not to bother. We didn't eat in a lot and when we did, we cleaned our own dishes.
We go down this time of year every year when I play ball in a tournament. We hope it's avaliable next year.
