Couldn't have been a more perfect weekend for a family birthday celebration. Ended up renting all three condos (1st-3rd floor). Host, Abraham was fantastic: helped us get situated (rented last condo at last minute) as well as ensuring all of our needs were met. Great location next to Lake Union and nearby amenities (grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, etc). Lovely streets to walk along and view the shore/house boats. Convenient to downtown (5-10 min drive). Uber available within mins. Highly recommend.

My friends and I attended a one day conference in Seattle. We rented the property and found it charming and extremely quiet for being in the city. The neighborhood store has high quality food and wine. That made our lives easy. The property owner was friendly and responded very timely to our messages. Highly recommend to stay here.

We had appointments in Seattle all week and this was the perfect stay for us. Quiet, pleasant neighborhood with Pete’s (grocery) two doors away. Easy ingress and egress to the city. Nice walking neighborhood with places to enjoy the water view. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. We’d happily stay here again.

Very nice neighborhood with a great local pizza shop and Mexican restaurant. Beds were SO comfortable. Bus stop was 4 blocks away, and buses came frequently. The sidewalks to it were very steep. Not good for someone with a mobility issue. There was a little neighborhood park about a block away with an entrance to swim in the lake.

This home is a modern space in an amazing neighborhood. The space is ample and we loved how the living spaces were on a different level from the bedrooms. The space gets a ton of natural light, has a great view, and great outdoor spaces. Neighborhood is walkable with great restaurants nearby and it’s so fun to walk along the water and look at the floating homes. Communication with host with excellent and clear. Would definitely stay here again!!

Pros: Property is great location, easy freeway access and free parking at site. So close to everything great in Seattle. Cozy little neighborhood. Views are lovely and home is spacious. Beds and linens were comfortable. Enjoyed having Pete's market next door, 14 Carrot Cafe and a few other options for food nearby. Watched float planes and boats (not always super quiet but always quiet at night). Lots of locals walking, a few lake access points. Cons: Home in good condition but could use a few warming sparkles - like tissues, deck door screen (door lock was awkward too) and some additional kitchen supplies (full kitchen was a bonus tho). And lots of stairs! Lives like a split level on the second level of the tri-plex.

Our host responded to questions via text within minutes. The home is beautifully furnished. It was a very comfortable place for my elderly aunt & 2 uncles. The car port fits 2 cars and had plenty of room to park unlike really tight parking spaces in Seattle. This is a great neighborhood with views of water from the apt. Our aunt & uncles (brothers) really enjoyed their stay.

The condo was clean and spacious enough for two couples. The advertising pictured a dock view which is actually a partially obstructed view of some water from the living area. Deck was full of pollen and needed to be cleaned and swept but we did not spend much time on the deck. Parking a plus. Neighborhood close to a small grocery store and within walking distance to several restaurants.

My parents and kids stayed here for a month in April. Unfortunately it wasn't the most pleasant stay. But first the good things: the apartment was very clean, the neighborhood is lovely and Abraham was very responsive to our requests. Now for the unfortunate parts. The biggest issue was that there was an ongoing remodel in the unit above this apartment, which meant banging and construction noise all day, debris in front of the property, workers parking in the spot that's supposed to come with the property, and internet disruptions. I feel like Abraham should have disclosed his remodeling plans to me prior to booking or as soon as known. I would have tried to make other arrangements. Another thing is that the kitchen is not very well setup. We asked for some essentials, which Abraham ordered right away, but if you plan on cooking much during your stay, you will probably find it very sparse. Note that the kitchen doesn't have a window that opens so ventilation during cooking is only via the fan. Finally the unit floor plan is very long and narrow E-W, which means significant temp differences on a sunny day. There are individual AC controls in every room to mitigate. Overall, I appreciate the efforts of the host when we asked for things but we won't be coming back.

Family stay with two adult children for memorial downtown. Very easy on/off access to I5 plus arterials around U District, downtown, Ballard, etc. Pete’s Market next door was very helpful but no corkscrew in space so get screw off bottle. Beds and linens very comfortable; we used the pullout sofa which was fine. Enjoyed the float planes on Lake Union. Just down from 14 Carrot Cafe on Eastlake. Onsite parking very helpful; ask about electric plugin? Would stay again! Host very helpful with lock batteries.

Super close to downtown and the market across the street was convenient for a hot (& good!) cup of coffee for $1. Communication with the owner was excellent and check-in/check-out even easier. The apartment felt rather large, with the bedrooms and bathrooms to the back of the building, nestled in the trees and a hillside, and living room, kitchen, dining room in the front, with a balcony and peekaboo view of Lake Union. It was all very comfortable and spacious, with clean lines and calming colors - great place to reunite with family (4 senior adults). I'd definitely recommend it!

The apartment was in a perfect location for a Seattle trip - so convenient to all the best must see places! Also really nice restaurants close by with a convenient store next door. Being near the water was an added bonus. The one issue was that the place can get pretty hot - definitely close the blinds and turn on the ac unit. Also there are stairs from the bedroom level to the kitchen / living room level. Knowing about stairs is helpful for those with mobility issues.

The owner was so responsive and accommodating to our needs. The location is perfect, we paddle boarded and enjoyed the views. The addition of the AC units were key for sleeping!! The only thing that could improve is that there wasn’t any bedding provided for the couch bed. I should have messaged the owner but it was too late once we figured it out. Great find! I would come back!!

We loved the location of this place. I had booked it 9 months prior and I didn’t get any comms about it until day of - I always like when the host messaged me a few days before so I was concerned I was going to get ghosted! When we arrived, the unit was insanely hot. It’s on an upper floor and they have one portable AC unit but it wasn’t on ahead of time, so me and my pregnant best friend were really uncomfortable. We immediately noticed hundreds of ants going from the kitchen to dining room. We also were left with zero toilet paper or paper towel even though the host said there would be extra under the sink - we had to go to the store and buy some. I messaged the host immediately and explained the situation, and I felt very dismissed - he sent me $50 but that was very nominal in my mind given such poor conditions. It was not well stocked nor taken care of. It was a real shame because the place itself had so much potential and the rooms are super nice. I asked the host for additional compensation and they stopped responding. I wish I could recommend this place but given the poor conditions and steep price I would not book again.

We were in town for a family wedding, and the property was the perfect place for our group (4 adults - 2 couples). The rooms were very large and we felt like we had ample space to spread out. Proximity to the lake and the outdoor space were both a plus. We would gladly stay here again.
