House a bit smaller than anticipated but otherwise fine. Some things were broken and it was a bit dirty but overall enough for the price.

We enjoyed our stay very much after initial problems. I called EEZZ before we ,left to make sure there was heating. They told me that there would be an oven and floorheating.
On arrival we discovered that the trailer was icy cold and only to be heated by airconditioner.
A quick call and instructions by a nice lady helped to opperate the airconditioner and heat the trailer efficiently during our stay. We also had to set the refrigerator to cool and the water boiler on. We failed to get TV operated- which did not matter to us. However, it would be helpful if EEZZ would leave a sheet with operating instructions for al facilities so that new arrivals can easily set up everything.
The park is well maintained and within easy reach to wonderful beaches and dunes as well as the city with its many attractions.
We were lucky that it has not been raining as there is no roof extension above the front door of the trailer so that one might have to carry all raingear into the appartment. In summertime it is certainly nice to have the little garden with table, chairs and grill for outdoor activities.
Apart from the intial problems to set up all appliancies we had a very pleasant stay and can recommend to book the accommodation for a very accepable price.
