The house was very clean and in great shape, it was just like stated and we enjoyed ourselves. The host was very accommodating.

Very clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Family fun with bumper pool table inside the house and nice relaxing fun outside with comfortable patio furniture and fire table. My family and I will definitely be staying here every time we go!

Check in instructions were excellent, except for the rental contact did not respond to my text and questions at all. The washer and dryer had laundry left in it so I had to finish it so I could use them for my clothes. There was only one wash cloth I could find in the house and let the contact person know this to see if there was more and no response so I purchased my own at the store. Screen door would not open or close to get onto the back porch so once we forced the screen door open we left it that way. The kitchen was nice and clean, although was not equipped well at all. The beds and linens were very comfortable, unfortunately the couches in the living room were not comfortable at all. The Patio was great, except when the wind came it blew the bar b que cover and all the bottle caps and meat wrappers all over the yard. We never use the bar b que so that was all left from previous renters. Overall we had an okay stay, we would not book this house in the future.
