Summary:
Escape to this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Surfside Beach, South Carolina, just a short distance from the beach. Enjoy a relaxing stay with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area, perfect for family getaways. This single-level apartment offers a convenient location near the ocean and various amenities for a memorable vacation. **Please note that the Grand Palms Resort amenities are not available to our guests**
The Space:
***Please note that because this is a privately owned residence, the Grand Palms Resort amenities (like the pools and activity center) are not available to our guests***
Enjoy the fully stocked eat-in kitchen and comfortable living room making this the perfect place to stay while experiencing all the South Strand has to offer. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, 40" flat screen tv w/premium cable, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two comfortable double beds with a separate shower room and vanity/toilet room so 2 family members can get ready at the same time. Book your family's next getaway with us!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home. Entry is by keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours prior to check in.
The Neighborhood:
Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Grand Palms at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 minutes drive. Some of our favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D's Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. There are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common where you can stroll the night away with the whole family.
Getting Around:
Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, but a car is Recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25.
Other Things to Note:
For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.

*Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM*
*The maximum occupancy for this property is 5 people, including infants and children.*

My family enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everything we needed, the check in and check out process was easy, and the communication was great.

Overall it was a nice stay. Neighbors upstairs could have been a little more quiet, but other than that it was nice. Needs a little renovation (floor was loose and bubbled in a few places). Some of the light switches didn’t operate anything and the washer connections were backwards (cold was hot and hot was cold). Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all of the cookware and utensils we needed. Location was kind of difficult (secluded in a neighborhood off the main road. Traffic was kind of hard to deal with at times. However, the apartment was just what we needed and served its purpose for the week. Would stay here again.

Everything was great, a few of the dishes still had food on them from the dishwasher. The bedroom floor needed mopping, when we walked on it without shoes our feet were dirty
