    We stayed here with our family, including a toddler and a baby, and had a wonderful experience. They were super accommodative to special requests for kids. The food is exceptional, tasty and fresh. The resort is family oriented and made sure our needs were met. I would highly recommend this place for people travelling with young families.

    Rooms are good but the outer ambiance is the main catch of the property. There is greenery and beautiful surrounding. Loved the place

    The staff was exceptional and so trained had a wonderful stay every basic amenities were provided from hot water massage bottle to breakfast early morning they consider guest at their top priority it was one of the best experiences food was very tasty and place was so nicely maintained and hygiene was up to mark

    Well if you are interested to stay in “Tent House” in this property please note the following experience: 1. No provision for room heaters in the tent houses during winters. The room description says "Luxury Tent" but not even basic amenities are available. 2. The staff is not serving in room meal. They will ask you to come to the diner to have your meals. Hence not good for group tours expecting open air dining. Even bonfire is not arranged privately for large groups. 3. The hotel is understaffed and services are delayed. 4. Chef will run away from the property by 9 PM even though they claim to take orders up to 10 PM. So better give your orders in advance. 5. Health faucet pressure is too high. Even after informing hotel staff no action was taken. 6. They served the worst possible breakfast on last day of our trip. So beware. 7. At night 2 AM water went out in tent house and even after informing staff motor was started after 1 hour. I hope the above review will be useful to other customers.
