My stay was comfortable and I did not have any issues during the stay.

The room was comfortable and in a location that had bus stops within a walkable distance. The other residents were quiet. I appreciated having access to the washer and dryer.

Many houses in the neighbourhood had dogs and so the barking could get a little annoying, but that seemed to the be case in most of the residential areas in El Paso and the property can't be blamed for that.

Great views of the city

I enjoyed the views and proximity to shops etc. The sleep was comfortable. Nice backyard for my dogs to enjoy as well. Being able to do laundry was a great bonus.

It would be nice to also have a way to heat food such as a toaster.

Other than the loud talking and light, it was fine.

I loved how huge the bathroom was.

How the other person that stays in the other room closer to the stairs. They were talking EXTREMELY loud at night. Then she leaves the hallway light on ALL night. So it reflects into my room and I can’t sleep with light flashing through the bottom of the door.

HORRIBLE!!

Only thing that i liked was the proximity to the event that took me out of town. And that it was pet friendly.

I didn't like the fact that there were NO actual pillows but instead, homemade things for pillows and one was VERY LUMPY and then 2 others that were flat, so i put the 2 flat ones together and was lucky that my bf couldn't accompany me so that i DID have a choice between VERY crappy, pillow substitute, and crappy, pillow substitute! I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. Couldn't even get the gate opened to enter onto the property. Had to hop over gate. HORRIBLE!!

Amazing deal, perfect service, adorable place!

The ease of check-in and communication with host. The bed was insanely comfortable, the bathroom spacious and everything fresh and NEW! I feel the need to give a little more to this review than my usual. If you are trying to decide between this listing and another, maybe my elaboration can help. I am a unique type of traveler and can offer a different perspective. I travel for work, not rare by any means. But I work with my husband. Ahhh ... Different. And yes, for us it works quite well. Though I fully understand that for most it may not! Not only do I have expectations of my accommodations as a business traveler, but at the end of the day, we are basically a couple on vacation! These days I think we can all agree there are several people (possibly ordinary, non-hospitality industry workers) making a go of turning an investment property, or even their own home, into an airbnb-type rental as a means of added income. As a frequent traveler I can tell you with certainty, most of these hosts can effectively put together a property. But for lack of better words.. are not suited for the actual hospitality end of their venture. Which let's face it, is the difference between a 6 or 7, and a 9 or 10. This property, and more importantly it's host/team, bridge that 7-10 gap. The thoughtfully arranged space and attention to real-world-traveler needs makes you forget the room is on the smaller side. But who cares about the size of the bedroom area when the bathroom is as lovely and spacious as this is. What a great bathroom! I think it's AS big as the bedroom. The bed is probably hands down the most comfortable bed-away-from-bed I've EVER slept on. The snacks and beverages were a welcomed touch after a days drive. Being able to use the washer and dryer saved me the trip out in an unknown town late at night. The host responded promptly and was beyond accommodating.
