1. A great location. The lake is right nearby. It’s also conveniently connected to the city. It’s quiet and cozy. 2. A well-maintained (but paid) parking lot. To be honest, I’d suggest not rushing to buy a spot, since there were free spaces available all around every day. 3. Cozy interior (but among the negative reviews, there are a lot of comments about the interior). 4. It’s nice that there’s a balcony. 5. There was all the necessary bedding for four people and plenty of towels.

We’d really like to give a positive review, but since we want you to improve (because the place is very cozy), we’ll point out what wasn’t right and what needs to be improved (if you fix it, let us know, and we’ll come back :)). First of all, the apartment is in desperate need of a major renovation. The interior is very beautiful, but everything is already in poor condition. 1. The floors are damaged in many places, and there are no baseboards; 2. The range hood wasn’t working, so the whole place smelled like food while we were cooking; 3. The dishwasher was left in disarray and didn’t work properly. You can see at the water inlet at the bottom that it had been repaired. Even after running the dishwasher twice, the dishes weren’t clean; 4. The TV’s LED light was flickering. A wire is hanging from the ceiling right in that same spot; 5. There was no TV remote; 6. The washing machine makes a terrible racket while washing and spinning; 7. The bedroom window does not open to a slightly open position or tilt upward. It can only be opened fully. 8. The table was dirty, with some spilled juice stains on it. 9. You'll need a few kitchen towels (or at least paper towels) and at least one cleaning cloth (a sponge alone isn't enough—it's awkward to use for cleaning countertops. We recommend paying more attention to maintenance and cleanliness :) Despite everything, thank you and good luck🌸

Bardzo niewygodne łóżka, zapadające się materace, mniej niż minimalne wyposażenie kuchni, umeblowanie nie dostosowane do wynajmu gościom, nie przystosowane do pobytu gości, do przygotowywania najprostszych posiłków i konsumpcji. W ogóle nie dostosowane do potrzeb gości małej rodziny. W małym pokoju brak szafy. Bardzo minimalistyczna użytkowa powierzchnia. Pobyt gości na 6 osób to absurd w tych warunkach. 3 osoby było już za dużo. Łazienka maksymalnie minimalistyczna. Problem z funkcjonowaniem w łazience wraz z toaletą. Opis tego apartamentu nieodzwierciedlający prawdziwych warunków. Poza tym okna bardzo brudne. Zarośnięte pajęczynami. Pokoje z pajęczynami na ścianach. Meble wypalcowane na tłusto. Zmywarka popsuta. Wszysko trzeba było zmywać ręcznie. Na to też brak warunków. Ekspres przelewowy do zaparzania kawy bez wyposażenia filtrów. Nigdzie i tak nie można było kupić. Problem z dostaniem się do kosza głównego w garażu . Mieszałam w różnych apartamentach w Polsce i Europie. Takiego naciągania nie spotkałam. To mieszkanie nie jest ani trochę przystosowane do wynajmu. A już tym bardziej na 3 do 6 osób. To apartament 217. Nie polecam.
