The privacy of it all. With its own walkway entrance into your own little backyard and having no other units or building attached to the studio. You can’t even hear the traffic on the street.
The location wasn’t exactly ideal. The mattress bed wasn’t best quality or maybe not firm enough for my liking.

We needed extra blankets and our hosts were very responsive to supply them - much appreciated!
Picture posted is not the current set up. Roaches on day 3. As soon as we woke up, they were mostly in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The Internet was more moderate at times, being slow to respond; when it did go out, we had a hard time locating the hosts to get the network reset. Once we did, it was fine. The better amenities are the farther options, but that is not in the guests' control.
