- Very communicative host, Thomas - The room is small, but has almost everything one could think they need. Just need to manage the small space. One person will manage just fine, that's for sure. - Related to the previous: I also appreciated the amount of household supplies; I never was taken by surprise by running out of .. anything, really - Really comfy bed and mattress. My back is sensitive to bad mattresses, this one was really good. - It was a nice touch to offer a few food and drink items on arrival, it really helped after a long travel. - The neighborhood is quiet and safe, there are two shops within 5 minutes walking distance, and the Akti Kanari beach is within 10 minutes of walking on foot.

- Above the door leading to the backyard there's only an insect screen, not a window pane. As such the room is slightly noisier than it could be - airplanes can be heard flying over Rhodes, also some of the street traffic. Thankfully the whole neighborhood is rather quiet, especially compared to more party-prone areas of Rhodes. - The AC unit is showing its age, and the remote control as well. Often it took 2-4 tries to manage to turn the thing off using the remote. Combined with the lack of a window pane, the AC would function (and make a bit of noise) throughout the night. [But then again I am very particular when it comes to noises, so it's possible others would not have an issue with this.] Overall, please note these are really minor points
