Great apartment, terrible management + deposit and contract to sign on arrival

Great location. The apartment was on the 6th floor which was just about high enough to clear the tree tops and gave a lovely seeside view. The beach is literally 50m from the building wall - hard to be closer to the sea. Underground car park was nice to keep the car cold on the hot summer days but it only allows for 2m high cars to if you plan to have a roof box - check the height.

The comapny managing the property do not care much about the tourists. first of all - do you thin you will get the keys to the apartment at the apartments location? Wrong - you have to travel 30 min one way to the office where this company has an office. So this is 30 + signing of contract and deposit payment + 30 min back. All that before you start your holidays. But wait there is more - they ask you to sign a contract where it says you have to pay a deposit and you have two hours from signing to check if all equipment is in the apartment (to report if something is missing). And trust me this is a long list. If something is missing and you won`t report they will charge you. Oh and don't forget that you have to do this trip again to give the keys back XD Also they gave us a pass for the Wi-Fi which was wrong. Technitian arrived only to tell us the pass is wrong (2 letters swapped). Some professionals managing the property (as already mentioned). So imagine traveling whole day to start your holidays just to be welcomed by waste of time and some weirdly formulated contracts + deposit which they promissed to return in 2 weeks (we shall see). I asked the gentleman why is this office so far away and he said and I quote - "it is more comfortable for us" ROFL (because it is all about them hahahaha) So to Summarise - the apartment is great but is it worth the extra hassle - decide for yourself.

Poza powyższym drobnym mankamentem jestem zadowolona z pobytu w obiekcie.

Lokalizacja korzystna, w bliskim sąsiedztwie restauracji i sklepów.

Piaszczyste zejście na plażę ( brak jakiegokolwiek utwardzenia), utrudniające dostęp dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi lub osób niepełnosprawnych.

Tolles Appartement

Wir haben den Code online erhalten 15 Minuten vor 16 Uhr. Tiefgaragenstellplatz inkl. Großes Appartement mit allem was man benötigt. Großes Badezimmer. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher inkl. Meerblick und zentral gelegen direkt am Strand.

Der Preis war in Zloty angegeben und von unserem Konto wurde in EUR abgebucht, zu einem sehr schlechten Umrechnungskurs. Bett etwas schmal. Balkon wurde zuvor nicht gereinigt.

Hochwertiges Apartment mit schönem Ausblick aufs Meer.

Es gibt an dem Apartment nichts auszusetzen. Alles sehr Hochwertig Ausgestattet. Alles war vorhanden was man braucht für einen Kurzurlaub. Toaster,Wasserkocher,Dolce Gusto Maschine,Mikrowelle,Waschmaschine,Spülmaschine , 2 Holzstühle für den Strand, Bügeleisen/Brett, Wäscheständer und ein Föhn usw.. Zum Stand waren es keine 5 Minuten. Das Apartment befindet sich im 6. Stock mit einer schönen Aussicht aufs Meer. Tiefgaragenplatz war im Preis mit drin. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter.

An der Unterkunft selbst nichts. Nur ohne Internet bzw. allgemein ohne Kreditkarte, Internet würde das wohl alles nicht buchbar und bezahlbar sein. Für ältere Leute ohne Handy,könnte man die Unterkunft wohl nicht buchen.
