This hostel offers much more than just a place to sleep, a hot shower, or a kitchen to prepare your meals. It gives you a rare feeling of carefree childhood nostalgia — as if you were once again visiting beloved relatives in the countryside or spending a summer in a holiday camp. The large, cozy courtyard is truly special, with benches, tables set under the shade of an old tree, and a charming outdoor kitchen that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is impossible not to fall in love with this place. Every corner has been carefully restored, and every detail reflects genuine care and love. You can immediately see how much effort and dedication have gone into this hostel. The walls are decorated with photographs documenting the reconstruction process, which makes the experience even more meaningful. The common area next to the dormitories was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, with cozy sofas where guests could relax without disturbing one another. The hostel had a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere: everyone was polite, considerate, and respectful, and there was very little noise. In the morning, like at a childhood celebration, you are greeted by a breakfast table and the wonderful aroma of freshly brewed coffee. A heartfelt thank you to the hostel owner for creating such a comfortable place filled with warmth, care, and an unforgettable atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was being able to witness a spectacular July sunrise near the Bastei Bridge. The location of the hostel is simply excellent. The ferry operates from 4:30 a.m. until 11:30 p.m., which made getting around incredibly convenient and allowed for an early morning trip without any hassle.
