The Cocoon and olives Hut

The hosts were really nice and tried to help us in anyway they could when we encountered an issue. The location was very close to many villages, especially to Kala Nera. The outside garden was pretty and well organized. One unit (out of the 3) was pleasant to stay in.

There is a busy road very close to the villa, which makes it hard to relax when you sit outside and even while sleeping (especially due to the sound of trucks and motorcycles) . We found it a bit odd that the hosts left us instructions not only to feed the cat, but also to dispose the dead bodies of the animals that the cat hunted at night (we needed to do this twice). Altough the hosts came once during our 1 week stay to clean the pool, the bottom of the pool had yellow-green stains. There is no AC in the upstairs unit (you can open the windows if you don't mind the noise). Also in this unit, there are 2 bedrooms, and and one of them (the single bedroom) was smelly and a bit claustrophobic. In general this unit needs a full renovation. In this unit and in the unit underneath it, the shower stream was not stable (sometimes it was OK and sometimes very weak).
