Die Lage, das Geschirrsortiment, der Fernseher, die Terrasse, der gesamte erste Eindruck war sehr positiv , die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt.

Viele Sachen sind in die Jahre gekommen, der Ofen ging nicht an und nur drei der 5 Platten. Die Abzugshaube ging nicht und die Kommunikation hat nicht gut geklappt - am Anfang war noch regelmäßiger Kontakt möglich, dann kam keine Antwort mehr. Es gibt eine Nummer über die ein Kontakt möglich sein sollte aber da kommt man nur zu einem Anrufbeantworter, auf den nicht geantwortet wird. Auch ist das Haus zwar für 10 Personen möglich allerdings müssen zwei Personen in einer kleinen Abstellkammer schlafen. Der Preis ist sehr überzogen dafür und obwohl wir Bettwäsche für 9 Personen bestellt haben, haben wir sie nur für 7 Personen bekommen.

Das ist eine super schone Ferienwohnung. Tolle Ausstattung, super Betten, alles sauber und gepflegt, tolle Lage einfach super.

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Bra, slitt og behov for renovering med stort potensiale

Stort, plass til mange, stort potensiale for en virkelig bra "penthouse", men ikke helt der.

Bildene i annonsen er.. fordelaktige, kan man si. det er veldig slitt. kjøkkenet er fra 70-tallet, og brukt heftig og veldig slitt. dører og vinduer er slitt i håndtak som knapt henger på. gulvet er slitt i stuen. dobbeltbadekaret er fancy, men kunne man ikke hatt en stor jacuzzi når man likevel har mulighet? men så er plutselig andre rom helt moderne og oppusset, så det er et merkelig kråkeslott av et konglomerat som tilsammen gjør at inntrykket blir blandet. bra på sine måter, med stort potensiale for å bli veldig bra
