Our stay here was hands down the best stay of our entire trip. The house was so comfortable, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need — it truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts, Mr Michi and his wife, Mrs Tomo were incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, making us feel at ease the moment we arrived. Their hospitality added such a personal touch to our experience, and we could sense the care they put into every detail of the place. We originally planned a side trip to Beppu, but after settling in, we unanimously decided to stay in and fully enjoy the house instead. It was the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and soak in the peaceful charm of Yufuin. If I could give it more than five stars, I would. It’s not just accommodation — it’s an experience that stays in your heart long after you’ve left. I can’t wait to come back soon.

If there’s one small downside, it’s that the place wasn’t the easiest to find at first — but once we arrived, it was absolutely worth it.

C'est une maison d'hôtes dans un très beau cadre paysager. Les propriétaires étaient là sans être intrusifs. Nous avions notre propre dépendance. Nous avons apprécié nous réveiller face à la nature. Très bien pour un long séjour car la maison est très bien équipée.
