la ubicacion, las vistas y aire acondicionado en todas las estancias.

The Location is wonderful. we had everything we needed and we spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the boats and the sea. we recommend the stay.
It will be nice to have a clean bed cover available. It was enough hot so we just used the bed sheets that we rented from the agency. Narrow parking but we made it without a scratch!

Die Lage war super
Die Betten mussten selber angezogen werden Die Bettanzüge waren nicht passend Schubladen und Schränke wurden nicht gereinigt. Es waren Utensilien vom vorgänger in den Schubladen und Schränken. Die Türen funktionierten nicht richtig sie quitschten oder klemmten. Es war sehr ringhörig (auch für Spanische verhältnisse) Der Warmwasserboiler war undicht. Wir mussten einen Eimer unterstellen welcher regelmässig gelert werden musste. Trotz Meldung bei immoberneda hatten wir keine Unterstützung. Bei der schlüsselabgabe bei Immoberneda worde nicht nachgefragt wie der Aufenthalt war oder die Situation mit dem Boiler ist. Hoffe die nächsten Mieter fanden keine Überschwemmung vor.
