✅SECURITY HOLD: A $1,500 security hold is required and will be placed two days before arrival and released seven days after departure, provided no damages are reported.
✅CONFIRMATION: Guests must reply, "I agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement," before receiving the door code and house instructions.

✅Check-in: After 5:00 PM
✅Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
✅Early check-in & late check-out: Subject to availability and must be approved in writing.
✅Late check-out penalty: $2 per minute past 10:00 AM, plus potential charges for ad-hoc cleaning or canceling the next guest’s stay.

We have been renting luxury cabins for almost 30 years and this one was tops as far as supplies. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with plenty of everything for 12 or more guests. Some of the pots and pans were still in purchased wrapping. There was ample toilet paper for a weeks stay for everyone, which is unheard of. There were full sized bottles of shampoo and body wash in all showers and there was a wonderful large, welcome basket, full of local breads and jams and treats! They had also had a stocked coffee bar, stocked small drink refrigerator downstairs, a stocked popcorn machine, and all the necessities to make s’mores in the fire pit. They have ample towels for the hot tub and all cleaning supplies and trash bags needed for the week. The beds were all comfortable, and any issues we may have had were handled quickly by Nadia. The ice maker in the refrigerator was not working and she immediately had I delivered to the house. You could hear Tweety Railroad in the evenings which are little kids loved. There’s very little yard and parking in the front is exactly like described. We had five SUVs and trucks and that’s all that it could take. It is super close to the Neighbor on the left, which made it a bit awkward because you could see into their windows and they could see into ours. It was 10 minutes to town if you needed to pick anything up, but we prefer a bit more seclusion in our rentals. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great cabin for a large group of friends including kids. Location is very convenient to both Boone and Blowing Rock. Cabin was well stocked and had everything needed and also served well to entertain a group of young ones.
