About this house rental
The Building on the River is a second-home experience—a place that feels all yours. We call it a “riverplex” because it offers a choice of lodging styles and sits directly on the Salmon River.
No separate cleaning fee—one less fee to worry about.
Get away from it all without sacrificing a thing. Our R&R unit has 1 bedroom with a king bed, plus a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room, a full kitchen, washer & dryer, and a patio overlooking the river.
Step outside and you have private, direct access to the river and beach. We’re also right in town and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the city park and boat ramp.

Loved the view of the Salmon River from the back porch , very peaceful . The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Right on Main Street so location was great. Would definitely recommend!

The river view was fantastic in order to watch the jet boat races. This place was fully stocked and more. Nice touch with the basket of goodies, water & soda in the refrigerator. Walking distance to town. Love it!!!!

Fantastic little Riverside hotel. Right next to Hot Springs and Redfish Lake. The scenery is beautiful and we love to hear the running water right outside our room.

The location is great. The view of the river is amazing. Nothing was spared in trying to make us feel comfortable in the unit. Overall I couldn't recommend it more highly.
