This was such a beautiful and relaxing stay by the river. It had plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. Including alot of spices. The hot tub was so enjoyable as well as the deck that was attached. There is a nice path to walk to Lake Dillon and main street in about 15-20 mins. The owners were very responsive and accomodating to questions we had and any needs.One thing to note is this space is a lower level of a house and only accessible by using stairs. We will be back next time we are in Frisco.

The place had a roomy kitchen that connects to a wide open family room. Perfect for time together. All the bedrooms were nice and spacious and had comfortable beds. That the biggest issue I have with “ski homes”. Usually the beds are rocks. These were not. All and it was fantastic.

We absolutely loved our short stay! The owner was super responsive and accommodating, and we'd love to come back again. We really enjoyed using the hot tub after a long day of skiing at A-Basin (only a 40-min drive at 9 am on a Saturday with traffic, not bad)! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities so it was easy to cook as well. Thank you!

You are in the basement! Images and description are misleading. You have to walk around a narrow uneven snow packed path to get to the back door, Carry all of your things down a lot of stairs. Path is not lit up at night. Be careful.
Really nowhere set up for a ski family to store your gear inside except down the stairs in the long hallway which crowds the area. Coat hooks there would be very helpful. Boots and helmets need to warm up for skiing the next morning, skis can stay outside.
Image shows TV in living room which is Not there. If you want to watch the game you have to gather in the bedroom.
View from living room is of the back of neighbors house and trees, not the mountains as the listing says.
If there is someone staying upstairs you hear every footstep, toilet flush, and faucet turning on due to Residential wood frame construction.
Overall very nice rental, the kitchen is well equipped but the rest of the rooms are cluttered with too many decorations leaving less space for your things.
Molly was very friendly and quick to respond to texts, Area is upscale and quiet. Location is fantastic.
