Located 5 minutes from the beach of Marana.

- Equipped kitchen: induction hob, cupboards, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, kettle...
* Master bedroom
- A double bed 140, with cupboard + large sliding double-glazed bay window opening onto the terrace (sheets provided).
* Secondary bedroom
- Two separate beds in 90 that you can bring together, with large closet + window (sheets provided).
* Shower room 5m2
- Italian shower, sink, toilet (towels provided).
* Laundry room
- Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board with iron, drying rack.
* Garden
You will benefit from a 30m2 terrace to spend moments of conviviality with a dining table for 8 people and a barbecue. The mini villa has a private swimming pool of 10m x 5m and 3 depths of 0.60 to 2m with deckchairs available.

RULES OF PROCEDURE
The property rented to you is fitted out to meet your needs during your holidays. You will find furniture, bedding, crockery, bed linen and towels.
As soon as you enter the accommodation, you can carry out an inventory of fixtures and report any defects (cleanliness, deterioration of equipment, etc.) within 24 hours.
Arrival and departure of the rental
On the day of your arrival, the rental will be available from 3pm. Do not hesitate to contact us to arrange the key collection and the visit of the premises. If you plan to arrive later (after 9pm), please let us know in advance.
On the day of departure, you have until 11 am to return the accommodation.
Use of the premises and respect for the equipment
Throughout the duration of the stay, the tenant must respect the premises. He will make good use of the equipment and maintain the accommodation to make it in perfect general condition when he leaves.
Kitchen utensils, oil, spices and cleaning products are at your disposal during your holiday.
In the event of an accident or breakage, it is your responsibility to inform the owners before your departure.
Number of tenants and external visitors
We rent our accommodation to you for the precise number of holidaymakers provided for in the rental contract. If you wish to welcome visitors during your stay, please ask for our prior agreement.
Guests not included in the booking are not allowed to sleep on site

We very much enjoyed staying at this property - it is well equipped with top class appliances, it's clean with lovely interior. Inside of the property had everything we needed and it was comfortable. Outside area is spacious and secluded.The mini villa is facing the owners property, but the owners were discreet and we did not see them much. However, the times we have seen them - it was very pleasant. They are all lovely and friendly, but Alexandre needs a special mention - not only he came to us bearing gifts of the most amazing ice cream, but he always ensured we are well and he would go extra mile to make sure we are happy at his property. Even though his English is not perfect, but it was definitely enough for us to have a conversation and to understand each other. Another special mention needs to go to the owners dog - Oscar. He seemed to become a part of out family during the holiday, which is lovely. He is a big cuddly giant .The biggest highlight of our stay was a huge pool overlooking mountains. It is not overlooked. Pool is well maintained and has 3 different levels of depth. We absolutely loved spending time in the swimming pool and looking at the eagles flying above! Pool is shared with owners, but we never used it all at the same time. Owners have a screen that separates their terrace from the pool.Location is 10/10 with shoppe and beach 3 - 10min drive.We can't fault the stay at this property, we had great time and would love to come back one day.

We had a wonderful stay at the 2 bedroom "suite" adjacent to Alexandre's lovely home!
It was clean, decorated stylishly and Alexandre was a terrific and responsive host!
It is a little south of the city center but very convenient for the airport or ferry port.
Quiet and has a lovely pool! Merci, Alexandre!
