The villa is in a fireworks-free zone; no loud music is allowed, and the park is quiet after 22:00. Energy-efficient with label A++++, it is for recreational use only. Student groups, bachelor parties, and company bookings are prohibited. A security deposit of EUR 230,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
