The apartment was just what we needed and very clean. 2 couples sharing the apartment for 5 weeks. Loved having a ground floor apartment not having to use stairs when we headed out everyday. The grounds are just luscious, beautiful and very well taken care of. Very nice pools with waterfalls and two lounge areas. We also got to pick our own bananas and coconuts. Having breakfast on the patio was very relaxing watching hummingbirds out in the flowering bushes and the finches picking at the bananas.

The apartment has a living room and bar stools (3) at the kitchen counter. We were 4 adults. The dining table is outdoors and vacationing from the North, we wanted to take advantage of the outdoors when having dinner but it was impossible to eat out on the patio because there are way too many mosquitoes being that the patio is surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and bushes for privacy. I would highly suggest adding a screen around the porch (constructive criticism) to make it fully usable at all times. We moved the couch over in order to have our table indoors so the living room became unusable. The apartment is located in a gated community but it is quite remote. We were told that a car was needed and we did rent one but never imagined that to get to a nice beach on the West coast, we needed to drive a minimum of about 40 minutes. We are beach bums so for us we found it a little tiring each day spending anywhere from 40 minutes to 90 minutes to get to a beach and drive the same amount of time back. If you like the pool, the location is good. Please take note that the management company does ask for a 10% deposit even though it states that no payment is needed to reserve. They do not take payment through the Booking.com platform. I was taken back as it was not mentioned in the posting. They wanted a wire transfer and they requested the funds in euros which was a little confusing as we were quoted in Canadian dollars but were told that we would be charged in US dollars. I refused to wire money so they sent me a money request through Paypal and at the end of it all, they charged their Paypal fee of 4.5% over and above the fees that were originally mentioned. Never was it mentioned in the reservation that we would be charged the 4.5% Paypal fee on the full amount and on the electrical bill. Electricity is not included which is mentioned on the site but it is quite expensive.

Mooi appartement maar magnetron was stuk en het kinderbedje was helaas heel erg vies, deze is na een paar dagen vervangen. We hebben 3 maanden moeten wachten op onze deposit terug te krijgen. Het contact met de beheersorganisatie was niet altijd prettig en liep troef helaas.
