We stayed one weekend mid of September from Friday to Sunday with 10 people. Owner communicates well in English (and I assume in French); caretaker very limited in English, so basically only in French. Positive: Very nice house. Well equipped with all amenities. Very friendly contact to owner as well as to caretaker. Caretaker lives next door, so if there was a problem, he was quick to reply and provide help. House is adjacent to road - but not much traffic in the nights while we stayed, therefore no significant noise problem.
Negative: Due to restrictions by the authorities for water saving, we were not allowed to use the Jacuzzi. The Heating did not manage to warm up the house to comfortable temperature in useful time (it was the first cold weekend in September). Double beds are too narrow, some of the mattresses are well worn. With Booking policy all cost - including all to be payed locally - must be mentioned before the booking. We had to pay 160 Euro extra for cleaning, which was not mentioned before the booking. To be fair to the owner, he sent a message right after the booking with the cleaning cost. However, we did not see it until it was too late to cancel or find something else.

Le nettoyage avait été fait fait un peu à la va vite. Dans l’ensemble c’était propre. Mais au détail, vu le prix cela aurait mérité d’être un peu plus soigné.

Noël, notre hôte était très disponible et à l'écoute, cherchant à rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. la décoration, la disposition du chalet ainsi que l'espace bien etre (SPA extérieur à 39,5°) était une pure merveille.

Très agréable et parfait pour un regroupement en famille
Noel etait disponible et très reactif si besoin. Beaucoup d'espaces et d'equipements, on s'est tous sentis à la maison!
Peut-etre preciser que le Sauna est dans une des chambres triples (la plus grande), limitant son utilisation. Par exemple, dans notre cas, les enfants (en bas age) dormaient aux moments ou nous aurions pu nous en servir. Peut-être essayer de trouver une solution pour pouvoir libérer le logement un peu plus tard (beaucoup de temps de ménage à prévoir si vous prenez l'option), car 9h30 c'est tout juste lors de vacances, et cela permettrait de mieux finir le séjour.
