Posizione davanti al mare. Giardino + spazio ad uso privato davanti al portone. Sig. Riitano molto gentile e premuroso. Grandi le camere da letto: una matrimoniale, l'altra con tre letti, cucina enorme e ben attrezzata. Ambiente lavanderia separato ad uso comune, con lavatrice che si può usare più volte a settimana (secondo numero di appartamento).

Si potrebbe mettere l'aria condizionata, ad ogni modo il mio appartamento (a piano terra) era abbastanza fresco e i ventilatori a soffitto, in ogni stanza (escluso bagno) proteggono abbastanza dal caldo. Aggiungerei un divano in cucina.

As always, my many trips to Italy, especially to the south of the country, have been unforgettable, and Guardavalle was no exception. It was a new destination for me, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The location of this apartment is unbeatable for those of us who love the sea. Local restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Directly across from the property is Palm Beach, a place I highly recommend. The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. The entire property was equipped with fans and window screens. We stayed for 20 days with temperatures around 30°C, but the heat was never an issue thanks to the short walk to the sea and the beautiful outdoor showers surrounded by flowers. In fact, I never even used the apartment shower because I loved the outdoor one so much. Domenico is a true Italian gentleman: always available, friendly, and attentive. Every now and then he would stop by simply to make sure everything was going well during our stay. We were also fortunate to have wonderful Italian neighbors, with whom we shared more than one meal on the terrace. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was perfect for our travel group of three adults and two children. The sea was calm and clean. I recommend bringing water shoes because of the stones, especially if you have sensitive feet. We parked our car outside the property throughout our stay without any issues. We felt safe at all times. July brings a lively nightlife to the area, but everything remains in harmony with the relaxed summer atmosphere. The police station is located nearby, and it was common to see police officers in the area, which only added to the feeling of safety and security. I have no negative comments. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be a slightly larger refrigerator, especially during the hot summer months when keeping plenty of cold drinks on hand is important. Other than that, everything was perfect.
