Lokacija objekta je odlična. Iako je na obodu grada, veoma brzo se kolima stiže do centra i do glavnih dešavanja u gradu (zoo vrt, tržni centar, park). Kada je lepo vreme budjenje je uz cvrkut ptica. Terasa je fantazija. Prostrana, udobna, sa panoramskim pogledom. Generalno je smeštaj za uživanje i mir.
U prvoj brvnari po ulasku u dvorište možda bi se mogao zameniti kauč u dnevnoj sobi. U smeštaju postoji sauna koja je po nama nepotrebna, jer zauzima poprilično prostora a imamo utisak da se nešto i ne koristi (subjektivno mišljenje). Time bi se stvorilo mesto za neku udobniju, recimo, ugaonu garnituru.

Brand new built apartments, nice wiew for a country, Aquapark Jagodina 5min by car. Friendly and helpful owner.
