Posizione panoramica, appartamenti molto belli, colazione messa a disposizione anche se non prevista, gentilezza della proprietaria, la strada per arrivare è molto panoramica, la struttura è un casolare del 1500 ristrutturato con bagni molto belli e locali sicuramente non comuni anche come architettura. Per chi arriva o deve recarsi sulla spiaggia di Capalbio, il tempo medio da considerare è 40 minuti: ma sono ben spesi, basta tenerne conto.

Appartamento molto carino, pulito, arredato con gusto personale molto gentile.
Wi-Fi non funzionante e sarebbe stato utile saperlo prima perché la proprietaria ne era a conoscenza da giorni. In bagno manca il supporto per il rotolo di carta igienica . Il divano letto è scomodo

L’appartamento é molto grande, pulito ed accogliente.
Nulla di particolare ma dopo una lunga giornata in giro ci sarebbe piaciuto poter cenare nelle immediate vicinanze. La struttura invece é un po’ distante dal primo centro cittadino che si trova a 15 minuti d’auto. Spunto di miglioramento che ci sentiamo di dare é quello di aggiungere un servizio di colazione un po’ più fornito, magari con qualche crostata o dolce fatto in casa
