Wonderful weekend in a wonderful surrounding.

The interior decoration is fantastic. Very well located in the center but in a calm street where there was always a place for parking.

We were surprised to share the place with the host and his cat but it was a very pleasant cohabitation. Serge is a very nice host, always available and very respectful of your privacy. His breakfast préparation is amasing !

Exceptional

Sergej has created a very special place with the decoration of his house. A unique combination of beautiful furniture and lots of (his own!) art. Something to see wherever you turn! The garden gives you the opportunity to relax in a very quiet area and the pool was a fantastic bonus on these hot summer days. Breakfast was good and again all set in a pleasant atmosphere. A place worth visiting!

The place is amazing, it's an art gallery in your room. Serge is a knowledgeable host, who offered a wonderful breakfast, filled with great food and laughs. The pool and shady garden was a massive bonus.

Fabuleux séjour chez Serge, toujours très attentionné, dans une demeure atypique, chaleureuse et pleine de charme! La chambre est très confortable et bien équipée. L’emplacement est idéal avec des possibilités de stationnement gratuit à proximité. Cerise sur le gâteau: les merveilleux moments d’échange avec Serge aussi passionnant qu’accueillant!

La maison des roses est un lieu exceptionnel. Le cadre s'il surprend au début est magnifique c'est l'œuvre d'un véritable artiste. Ce proprietaire est exceptionnel très intéressant, très à l'écoute et discret. Les petits déjeuners sont variés et délicieux La chambre était hyper confortable Le centre ville de Moulins est à deux pas. On se gare très facilement devant le lieu.
