The size of the villa, the modern design.
The host did not inform us in advance that there was ongoing construction at the neighboring villa, which negatively affected our stay.
In addition, the housekeeping staff repeatedly turned on all of the air-conditioning units before leaving the property, despite my request to keep them switched off. Since the electricity cost is charged to the guest, this resulted in an electricity bill of approximately 5,000 THB for just 6 nights, which was unexpectedly high and could have been avoided.

We loved outside pool area and the aesthetic of the house as well as the location
The plumbing of the toilets wasn’t great - couldn’t flush properly. One en-suite bathroom only had a handheld shower in a bath. Ran into slight issues with the front door locks
