Staff were really helpful and tried to help where they could. Moved us to a different apartment that was slightly better.
Several apartments we viewed seemed quite dated and basic and not as described, each lacking some of the advertised facilities. Noisy neighbours on both sides til early hours on the nights we stayed. Cockroaches in the bathroom.
