Enjoy this stylish 2/2 condo, perched above the most famous street in Downtown Greenville! You can’t beat this location, completely surrounded by first-class restaurants, boutiques & nightclubs. Eat, drink, and stroll to Liberty Bridge at Falls Park, with its awe-inspiring waterfall views!
After exploring, enjoy all the amenities of the condo - the spacious open living room, large balcony overlooking Main Street, the fully-equipped kitchen, the luxury bedding, and the 65-inch Apple Smart TV!
Enjoy the modern layout and decor of our condo! The kitchen opens to the airy living room in the center of the condo, with attractive leather couches facing a large entertainment center. The living room opens to one of the few large sitting verandas overlooking Main Street - perfect for people-watching and soaking in all of the downtown energy. 2 extra-large bedrooms and bathrooms flank either side of the living room, providing extra separation and privacy.
To prepare for the next day’s adventures, the King bedroom is furnished with a 15-inch Dreamcloud hybrid mattress, and the twin bedroom boasts 2 extra-long hybrid Serta iComfort Blue Fusion 100 mattresses. Wrapped in high-quality percale linens, you are destined to have a luxurious, healthful night’s sleep.
You can park on the street (unmetered, check street signs for time limits), or in the parking garage adjacent to the building for $7/day.
The entire 1250+ sf condo will be yours to enjoy except for a couple of owner’s closets. There is plenty of additional closet space (regular, large walk-in, linen) available for your convenience.

While staying at our condo, you are highly encouraged to explore the many beautiful and interesting streets, parks and trails by foot, and there is also a free trolley that goes up and down Main Street on the weekends. There is even a website that tracks the trolley in realtime, so you will know when to walk down from the condo and hop on!
You will be in the thriving, high-energy center of amazing downtown Greenville! Although the condo is insulated, you will hear street sounds and the general hustle-and-bustle of city life.

Property was clean, safe, quiet, modern and as pictured. Location was spectacular overlooking Main Street. Access to restaurants, bars, the farmers market and falls park were so easy and walkable. Parking was interesting given all of the events so close by but always cheap or even free. Would recommend and will start here first for any future trips to Greenville.

Easy to walk to, safe, and nicely furnished. In the middle of downtown Greenville near restaurants and bars. Parking convenient in garage. Highly recommend.

This was a well furnished clean, comfortable delightful apartment. The balcony was right on Main Street and within walking distance of everything —wonderful restaurants all around as well as all kinds of shops. The Peace Center is close at hand along with Reedy Falls park. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The owner responded quickly to questions an everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this rental.

We loved this home. It was cozy, well-appointed, beautiful, and very roomy. Amazing location. We walked everywhere. We will definitely be back!
